General Info
This is a more intimate format than our previous weekends ā just one glorious day together ā but with all the depth, warmth and inspiration you'd expect from Ellen. Whether you've been practising regularly since we last met or have drifted and are ready to reconnect, you are very welcome.
Spaces are limited, and we are opening bookings exclusively to our previous retreat community before we share this more widely on Instagram. So if you'd like to join us, please don't wait too long!
The day will include conversation, yoga practice, meditation and Ayurveda, as well as time to breathe, move and just be in the relaxing farm setting. We will also be offering a delicious, nutritious meal and snacks.
